Happy Father’s Day everyone! I hope everyone has enjoyed their week and has enjoyed at least one of our super simple DIY Father’s Day gifts! I would love to see some of the projects you guys have done for the special guys in your life. Have you done any special crafts or DIYs?
This year, I challenged myself to make a unique gift for each person, rather than a “cookie cutter” gift. It was lots of fun, and the kids had lots of fun, too! Next year, I think you should all try it, you might surprise yourself with some awesome new ideas!
All of that aside, because today is Father’s Day, I thought I’d share one of my favorite, easy to make buttermilk pancakes recipes. This simple recipe has been passed down in my family, generation to generation. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have. My favorite way to make it is with white chocolate chips and blue berries. Tell us, how do you enjoy your pancakes?
